This is usually done during the Initial Consult and may take some length of time. Second and further appointments are generally shorter and tailored to each individual client’s needs. It is best to allow 11/2 hours for the Initial Naturopathic Consultation, during which time individual patient health goals will be determined, and the following tasks may be undertaken:
• Holistic Health Assessment
• Comprehensive Health Questionnaire
• Genetic and Family History
• Mood and Stress Questionnaire
• Notation of Rubrics
• Diet Questionnaire and Assessment
• Physical assessment measurements – Height Weight, BMI,
Skin fold thickness, Random BSL, T, P, R, BP and O2 saturation

• Sclera signs
• Tongue signs
• Hair analysis
